Coached boxing class — technique, combinations, conditioning. Beginner-welcome through to spar-ready.

02 · CONDITIONING

Lungs, legs, lactate.

High-output conditioning blocks — circuits, sled, rower, kettlebells. 45 minutes, hard but scalable.

03 · STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS

Squat, hinge, press, pull.

Coached strength session for newer lifters — the four big patterns done right, then progressed.

04 · OPEN MAT

Floor's yours.

Coach on the floor for technique questions and spotting — your programme, your pace.
