Recovery is part of training. Every membership includes the sauna and steam room — use them between sessions, after sessions, or on rest days.

Dry heat. 80–90°C.

Wood-lined, traditional dry sauna. Open during all gym hours. Bring a towel — they're available at reception too.

02 / STEAM ROOM

Wet heat. ~45°C.

Eucalyptus-scented steam. Easier on the lungs than sauna for some — alternate the two for the full contrast.

How members use it

A few ways to use recovery well.

POST-SESSION
10–15 minutes in the sauna after a hard session — most members swear by it.
REST DAYS
Pop in for 20 minutes of heat + steam on rest days. No training required.
CONTRAST
Sauna → cold shower → repeat. Old-school recovery, still works.
